Under 18’s:

Due to licensing laws, under 18’s are not allowed on the premises after 7pm. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.

General Bookings:

• Once the start time of a booking has past, it cannot be cancelled. This will qualify as a no-show and no refund or date change can be offered.
• For groups of 7 or less, we require 48 hours notice to reduce the group size, or cancel your booking.
• For groups of 8 or more, we require seven days notice to reduce the group size, or cancel your booking.
• If you do need to cancel or reduce your group size within the above timescales, you will forfeit the full payment of each person who does not attend*.
• If you want to add on additional guests after booking, we will do our best to accommodate any additional guests, but this is subject to availability at the time of request.
• We ask all our bowlers to arrive 15 minutes before your game start time. If you are running late, then please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can only hold your lane for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking. However, we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your payment to a later game that day.
• Off peak times: Sunday – Wednesday, open to close.
• Peak times: Thursday – Saturday open to close.
• The whole month of December is classed as peak.
• All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.
• Lane7 are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website, whereby the guest has provided incorrect booking information and made an error with their booking.
• Guests are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss, or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The cost of any damage will be charged to the hirer.

Telephone and Online Bookings:

When booking through our Bookings team, a pre-payment link will be sent to you via email. This will need to be completed as soon as possible in order for our team to process your booking. 

Please note, we require full pre-payment in order to secure your group.

Bowling:

All bookings are subject to availability. On peak days, only one game can be pre-booked in advance.  Second games are subject to availability on the day, and will be dependent on the venue. 

The Baller Package:

Full pre-payment for the Baller Package is required at the time of booking. Please note, this package is both non-refundable and non-transferable.

Private Hire:

Our private hire terms are available on request. Just drop our Bookings team an email on bookings@lane7.co.uk for further info.

Bookings in December:

All Christmas packages require a non-refundable, non-transferable per person deposit at the time of booking and the final balance is due one month prior to arrival. Once the final balance is paid, group numbers cannot be reduced, and the dates cannot be changed.
