Children

Sadly, due to licensing laws no under 18’s are allowed on the premises after 7pm and all children under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.

Bookings – General

Our peak times are Thursday to Saturday from opening – close, and throughout the whole of December.

Telephone & Online Bookings

We require full pre-payment for your booking in order to secure your space, please note when booking through our Bookings & Enquiries team a pre-payment link will be sent via email and will need to be completed upon receipt. 

Bowling

All bookings are subject to availability and only one game can be pre booked in advance on peak days with second games being subject to availability on the day at the venue.

The Baller Package

Full pre-payment for the Baller Package is required at the time of booking please note this package is non-refundable & non-transferable.

Private Hire

Please refer to our private hire terms which are available on request.

General Bookings

No booking can be cancelled past its start time, this qualifies as a no show no and refund/date change can be offered.

For groups of 7 or less, we require 48 hour’s notice to reduce the group size or cancel your booking. 

For groups of 8 or more, we require 7 day’s notice to reduce the group size or cancel your booking.

If you do need to cancel or reduce the group size within these time scales, you will forfeit the full payment of each person who does not attend*.  

(*If you still need to amend your booking, please contact us so that we can advise you further.) 

If you want to add on additional guests after booking, we will do our best to accommodate any additional guests, but this is subject to availability at the time of request.

We ask all our bowlers to arrive 15 minutes before your game start time, if you are running late then please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can only hold your lane for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your payment to a later game that day.

Bookings in December

All bookings in December are considered peak.

All Christmas packages require a non-refundable non-transferable per person deposit at the time of booking and the final balance is due 1 month prior to arrival, all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable , once the final balance is paid group numbers cannot be reduced, or the date changed.

If you wish to increase numbers, we will do our best to accommodate additional guests, but this is subject to availability.

Please note no adjustments can be made to the Christmas packages.

General

All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.

Lane7 are not responsible for bookings  that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect booking information and made an error with their booking.

Guest are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The cost of any damage will be charged to the hirer.
