Sadly, due to licensing laws no under 18’s are allowed on the premises after 7pm and all children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
Bookings – General
Our Peak times are Thursday to Saturday from opening – close, and throughout the whole of December. Student discount applies on Off-Peak days only (Sunday to Wednesday) and is not available in December.
Bookings – Online
Where we are able to auto confirm your booking we will require payment for your activities in advance. Make sure you double check your numbers though as payments made are non refundable and non transferable.
For all other bookings we require card details to secure it. Nothing is charged to your card in advance, but details are securely held in case of a cancellation, no show, or if you leave any part of your bill unpaid.
Our lanes are reserved on Fridays and Saturdays between 6-10pm for those dining in the restaurant or pre-ordering canapés or buffet food in the bar (Newcastle only).
Bookings are subject to availability and only one game can be pre booked in advance. Second games are subject to availability on the day at the venue.
The Baller Package A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit per person is required to secure your package initially, with full payment being due one month before the date of your booking (or immediately upon booking if the event is within a month of the event going ahead).
Cancellations & No-Shows – Bowling & Dining
No booking can be cancelled past it’s start-time, this qualifies as a no-show; no refund can be offered and cancellation fees may apply.
For groups of 5 or less we require 24 hours notice — You will be charged £5 per person, per booking (bowling lanes or restaurant) and £10 for a combination booking, if you cancel less than one day before your booking or do not show up at all.
For groups of 6 people or more we require 1 weeks’ notice — You will be charged £5 per person, per booking (bowling lanes or restaurant) and £10 for a combination booking, if you cancel less than seven days in advance, cancel in part, or do not show up at all.
Cancellations & No-Shows – Other Activities
We require 48 hours notice for activities other than bowling. If the booking has been paid for in full in advance, you will receive no refund as all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Bookings in December:
If you are 5 people or less we require one week’s notice – you will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than 7 days in advance or if you do not show up at all.
If you are 6 people or more we require two week’s notice – you will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than 14 days in advance or if you do not show up at all.
All bookings in December are considered Peak.
Guests, who have specified that they wish to take advantage of any Christmas Package, will be billed accordingly. No adjustments to these package terms may be made in advance or on the day. A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit per person is required to make any Christmas package booking.
We will always endeavour to fill your booking as we don’t want to charge you! If we manage to do so your cancellation fee will be waived. For us, postponing your booking is the same as cancelling it and you will be charged if we are unable to fill your reservation.
Guests are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The costs of making good any damage will be charged to the hirer.
