Sadly, due to licensing laws no under 18's are allowed on the premises after 7pm and all children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
Bookings Our peak times are Thursday to Saturday 6pm – close.
We require credit card details for all bookings taken. Nothing is charged to your card in advance, but details are securely held in case of a cancellation, no show, or if you leave any part of your bill unpaid.
Bowling: During peak times all lanes are reserved for those dining in the restaurant or pre-ordering canapés or buffet food in the bar.
Bookings for multiple games cannot be made even in advance; lanes can only be booked one game at a time on a first come first served.
Cancellations & No-Shows No booking can be cancelled past it's start-time, this qualifies as a no-show; no refund can be offered and fees may apply.
On the lanes: For groups of 5 or less we require 24 hours notice — You will be charged £5 per person, per booking (bowling lanes or restaurant) and £10 for a combination booking, if you cancel less than one day before your booking or do not show up at all.
For groups of 6 people or more we require 1 weeks notice — You will be charged £5 per person, per booking (bowling lanes or restaurant) and £10 for a combination booking, if you cancel less than seven days in advance, cancel in part, or do not show up at all.
In the Restaurant/Bar: You will be charged half the cancellation fee — £5 per head — if you don’t show for the table on the evening.
For Pool, Ping-Pong or Karaoke: We require 48 hours notice for bookings for Pool, Ping-Pong or Karaoke. If the booking has been paid for in full in advance, you will receive no refund as all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Combination Bookings: Combination bookings (i.e. for food and bowling) can only be cancelled in their entirety, and not in part.
For Bookings in December: If you are 5 people or less we require one week’s notice – you will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than 7 days in advance or if you do not show up at all.
If you are 6 people or more we require two week’s notice – you will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than 14 days in advance or if you do not show up at all.
All bookings in December are considered Peak.
Guests who have specified that they wish to take advantage of any Christmas Package, will be billed accordingly. No adjustments to these package terms may be made in advance or on the day. A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit per person is required to make any Christmas package booking.
Please Note: We will always endeavour to fill your booking as we don’t want to charge you! If we manage to do so your cancellation fee will be waived. However please be aware that payment will be taken if we fail to get a replacement reservation. For us, postponing your booking is the same as cancelling it and you will be charged if we are unable to fill your reservation.
Guests are responsible for any willful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The costs of making good any damage will be charged to the hirer.
